Polyether Lubricant

Miqi’s polyether modified lubricant is a block or random polymer prepared by copolymerization or ring-opening homopolymerization of different starting agents with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in the presence of catalyst. It has excellent lubrication and low bubble properties, and can be well mixed with anions and cations and other ionic surfactants. Miqi’s polyether modified lubricants are used as foam suppressors in detergents, cleaning agents and other formulated products, and as lubricants in synthetic metal working fluids and release agents.

The Product Description

EXTRIMIR 150A is a water-soluble polymer.Without adding additives containing phosphorus,

sulfur and chlorine, it can be used in heavy load processing and can provide good extrusion

lubrication and fluid flow lubrication.Special structure, no matter for non-ferrous metal or ferrous

metal have a very good protection.The product is completely water soluble and has excellent hard

water stability and excellent low foam performance.

EXTRIMIR 150A is completely volatile after combustion. It is ash free and does not contain

sulfur, phosphorus or chlorine.

Recommended Dosage

According to the actual application situation, recommended dose for 1-20%.

Adhibition

1. It is especially suitable for full synthetic cutting and grinding fluids to provide good lubrication performance.

2.EXTRIMIR 150A provides long-term safe operation in the central cooling cycle.
