Job responsibilities:
1. Have sales experience in the pesticide additive industry. Familiar with the domestic market in a certain region (North China, Central China, South China, East China), and complete the sales of the company's agricultural chemical additives products in that region.
2. Responsible for building sales teams, managing local sales teams and distributors.
3. Passionate about sales work, with the motivation and willingness to develop customers.
4. Provide high-quality service and handle customer complaints properly to improve customer satisfaction;
5. Regularly participate in company organized training, including but not limited to business, product, and sales skills, to improve one's own skills;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Marketing or related fields;
2. More than five years of sales experience in agricultural chemical products, with sales experience in agricultural chemical additives preferred;
3. Having sales channels and resources for pesticide manufacturers;
4. Strong customer communication skills and high business negotiation skills, with a good team spirit, and priority given to experience in exploring new customers;
5. Strong learning ability, with a spirit of challenge, conscientious and responsible work, and strong execution ability.

Technical Synthesis R&D Manager

Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and improve relevant rules and regulations, business processes, and supervise the implementation of the R&D center;
2. Develop research and development plans based on the company's development, organize the preparation of plans for new product development, technological transformation, technological progress, and quality improvement;
3. Organize the technical and economic feasibility assessment of new product development projects, and carry out new product development work; Approve new product technical standards and new product development process plans;
4. Organize the preparation, improvement, and review of various internal technical standards within the company;
5. Submit various research and development reports, summaries, and other written materials as required to form technical accumulation;
6. Solve technical difficulties in the research and application process, responsible for the development, adjustment, confidentiality, and continuous improvement of product formulas; Responsible for cost reduction of original formulas and replacement of raw materials;

Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in chemical engineering/applied chemistry/fine chemicals/polymer materials and related fields;
2. More than 5 years of experience in the research and development of esters, oxidation reactions, and hydroisomerization synthesis;
3. More than 3 years of experience in leading a team of R&D professionals in the same industry is preferred;
4. Familiar with various chemical synthesis reactions, possessing mature product technology, capable of independently responsible for and guiding subordinates to complete related product research and development, quality control, production process formulation, technical services, etc;
5. Strong ambition and enterprising spirit, possessing innovative spirit;
6. Having certain team management experience, adept at teamwork and managing teams;
7. Proficient in using computers and possessing the ability to access technical literature in English.
