POLYEM HW alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid is a surfactant that insets polyoxyethylene groups between hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups. It has the advantages of both anionic and non-ionic surfactant, overcomes the shortcomings of bad hard water resistance and bad dispersing ability of non-ionic surfactant calcium soap, and has excellent electrolyte stability in acid or base environment. It can be used as coemulsifier in cutting fluid, solve the problem of oil and soap extraction. POLYEM HW series is a series of alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid surfactants with excellent resistance to hard water and dispersion of calcium soap. It also disperses the sludge formed by magnesium and copper ions. It is suitable for metal processing in areas with high water hardness.
