Introduction

ANTA-CAR 214 is an extremely low odor coupling agent and water-soluble antirust agent developed specifically for synthetic cutting fluid and cleaning agent.

ANTA-CAR 214 has excellent properties of low foaming and hard water resistance. 

Under alkaline conditions and in the presence of boric acid/inorganic salt, ANTA-CAR 214 can couple with non-ionic lubricant or non-ionic surfactant into the formula with a relatively low amount of addition, in the meanwhile it significantly improves the anti-rust performance of the formula.

ANTA-CAR 214 does not contain nitrite and is less corrosive to nonferrous metals.

ANTA-CAR 214 has good compatibility with a variety of water-soluble cutting fluids and cleaning agents.

Recommended Dosage

Synthetic cutting fluid formula:       2-15%

Cleaning agent formula:                   2-15%
