The Product Description

POLYEM 356 is a new polymer dispersant and emulsifier, which can endow O/W emulsion with outstanding stability and form a more stable and controllable particle size system, helps to improve lubricity.

POLYEM 356 has good oil slick removal ability, which can prolong the service life of emulsion.

POLYEM 356 has excellent shear stability and good stability to hard water.

POLYEM 356 has good solubility in paraffinic, naphthenic mineral oil, ester oil and vegetable oil.

POLYEM 356 is thermally decomposed without residues. When heated to 600 ℃, there are no residues and decomposition products.

Recommended Dosage

Steel rolling fluid:                                                 0.3-0.75%

Aluminum hot rolling fluid:                                     0.3-0.75%      

Synthesis, Semi-synthetic, Soluble oil:                   1-3%
