The Product Description

POLYEM 364 is a new type of polymer dispersant and emulsifier, which can provide multiple interaction points between the dispersed phase and the continuous phase. This emulsifier structure enables it to generate strong adsorption on the oil-water interface to obtain ultra stable lotion particles.

POLYEM 364 has good oil slick removal ability, which can prolong the service life of emulsion.

POLYEM 364 has excellent shear stability and good stability to hard water.

POLYEM 364 has good solubility in paraffinic, naphthenic mineral oil, ester oil and vegetable oil.

Recommended Dosage

Steel rolling fluid:                                                ≤1%

Aluminum hot rolling fluid:                                  ≤1%     

Synthesis, Semi-synthetic, Soluble oil:                 1-3%
