Introduction

S40 is an EP additive with light color, low odor, high sulfur and high active sulfur content, suitable for heavy-duty processing occasions requiring rapid release of sulfur;

S40 shows excellent reactivity at lower temperature, and the active sulfur content gradually increases with the increase of temperature;

S40 has a good synergistic effect with many additives such as polymer ester and anti-wear agent, especially when it is combined with super high TBN Petroleum Calcium Sulfonate;

S40 has low viscosity and good compatibility with various base oils.

Recommended Dosage

Metalworking oil:             1-20%

Metalworking fluid:         1-5%
