GUERBET C16 can be used as a lubricant modifier and coupling agent in metalworking fluids and processing oils to improve the low temperature fluidity and high temperature stability of products, helps emulsify and increase lubricity.

GUERBET C16 can be used in trace amounts of lubricating oil, grinding oil, and other processing oils to improve lubrication performance and oxidation stability, as well as reduce residue formation;

GUERBET C16 can be used as an emollient, emulsifier, dispersant, and cosolvent in cosmetics, as a foam inhibiting wetting agent in the textile industry, and as a defoamer component in cleaning agents.
