Introduction

VEGIMIR 183 is a high-performance self-emulsifying ester containing multifunctional groups. After being neutralized by alcohol amine, it forms a micro-emulsion to a transparent liquid and has anti-rust properties. It has excellent compatibility and is compatible with animal, vegetable and mineral oils.

VEGIMIR 183 has excellent hard water stability, and is not easy to be hydrolyzed.

VEGIMIR 183 is non-corrosive to metals and has auxiliary corrosion inhibition for aluminum and magnesium alloys.

VEGIMIR 183 has a special structure that has better lubricity than other self-emulsifying esters, and has a good synergistic effect with sulfur, phosphorus, and chlorine chemical extreme pressure agents, effectively reducing wear between interfaces and extending tool life.

VEGIMIR 183 has good biological stability and reduces post sterilization maintenance services.

Synthetic cutting fluid, semi-synthetic and emulsion:       3-30%

Aluminum/ steel rolling fluid:                   5-30%
