Introduction

VEGIMIR 188F is a high-performance multi-functional emulsified lubricant. It is easily soluble in water and forms a white emulsion. After being neutralized by alcohol amine, it forms a transparent liquid and has anti-rust properties.

VEGIMIR 188F has excellent hard water stability, keeps clear and transparent under the condition of high alkali value, and is not easy to be hydrolyzed.

VEGIMIR 188F is non-corrosive to metals and has low foaming.

VEGIMIR 188F has a special structure and is more suitable for fully synthetic systems. It is formulated with an environmentally friendly cutting fluid with low COD value and low ammonia nitrogen content, which is suitable for the processing of all series of aluminum materials.

Recommended Dosage

Synthetic cutting fluid, semi-synthetic and emulsion:          3-50%

Aluminum rolling fluid:                                                        5-50%

Soluble molding oil:                                                              5-100%
