Introduction

VEGIMIR 182 is a high performance self-emulsifying ester containing multi-functional groups, which is easy to dissolve in water and forms white emulsion. After being neutralized with alkylamine, it forms a transparent liquid which has anti-rust property. It also has great compatibility with motor oil, vegetable oil and mineral oil.

VEGIMIR 182 has excellent stability of hard water, it is able to keep clear and transparent even under high alkali condition, and it is difficult to hydrolyze.

VEGIMIR 182 has no corrosion on metals, especially for magnesium alloys, and has excellent corrosion inhibition and bacteriostatic properties.

As  its special structure, VEGIMIR 182 has good synergistic effect with other chemical extreme pressure agents of sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine, effectively reducing interfacial wear and extending tool service life.

Recommended Dosage

Synthetic cutting fluid, Semi-synthetic and Soluble oil formula:   3-15%

Rolling fluid:                              5-30%

Soluble forming oil:                           5-100%
