Introduction

VEGIMIR 180 is a high-performance self-emulsifying ester containing multifunctional groups. It is easily soluble in water and forms a white emulsion. After being neutralized by alcohol amine, it forms a transparent liquid and has anti-rust properties. It has excellent compatibility and is compatible with animal, vegetable and mineral oils.

VEGIMIR 180 has excellent hard water stability, can keep clear and transparent under high alkali conditions, and is not easy to be hydrolyzed.

VEGIMIR 180 is non-corrosive to metals, and has excellent corrosion inhibition effects on magnesium alloys and has antibacterial properties.

VEGIMIR 180 has a special structure and has a good synergistic effect with sulfur, phosphorus, and chlorine chemical extreme pressure agents, which effectively reduces the wear between the interfaces and prolongs the service life of the tool.

Synthetic cutting fluid, semi-synthetic and emulsion:      3-15%

Aluminum rolling fluid:                                                    5-30%

Soluble molding oil:                                                          5-100%
