Modified Vegetable Oil Lubricants

Vegetable oil modified lubricant series are derived from renewable resources, special functional group technology, self-emulsifying properties, providing ideal lubricity and emulsion stability for soluble oils. Different product structure design provides the best choice for formula engineers to mix pure oil, emulsified oil, semi-synthetic and total synthesis. The series does not contain organic amines, and formulation engineers can flexibly choose different types of amines, which is more convenient for formulation design, and can provide better rust prevention performance.

Introduction

VEGIMIR 130 is a synthetic ester developed for metal processing, which can increase the amount of renewable materials in the formula, also enhancing the lubricity of metal processing fluid.

VEGIMIR 130 has excellent high temperature resistance to oxygen and hydrolysis stability, can be used as the main emulsifier, and is soluble in a variety of base oils. Different kinds of base can be chosen flexibly in the formula.

VEGIMIR 130 can emulsify vegetable oils, such as high erucic acid rapeseed oil. It is ideal material for preparing plant oil base coolant.

VEGIMIR 130 can be used in coupling with sulfur and chlorine extreme pressure agents, which has a good synergistic effect. It significantly increases the lubrication pressure performance, and has certain corrosion inhibition function for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
