Product Description

EXTRIMIR 175D is a multifunctional extrusion lubricant of high molecular weight, because of its own hyperbranched-chain structure, EXTRIMIR 175D has excellent permeability and lubrication properties.

EXTRIMIR 175D can be used as a substitute for trimethylolpropane trioleate in cutting oil and soluble oil systems. EXTRIMIR 175D has low acid value, can be used with sulfur phosphorus chloride and high alkali value calcium sulfonate.

EXTRIMIR 175D has better lubrication than trimethylolpropane trioleate in aqueous systems, especially for aluminum, and is more easily emulsified. EXTRIMIR 175D has low iodine value and better antioxidant properties than trimethylolpropane trioleate.

EXTRIMIR 175D is ash free and does not contain sulfur, phosphorus or chlorine.
