Product Description

EXTRIMIR 175 is a multifunctional extrusion lubricant with high molecular weight, it was mainly used in the field of high load metalworking to improve processability and machining efficiency. EXTRIMIR 175 has properties of excellent oxidative stability and biological compatibility because of branched fatty acids it has. Furthermore, no only to replace chloric extreme pressure (EP) additive, it can also replace or decrease the adding amount of sulfurated, phosphorous EP additives, lard, blown oil and the other aliphatic friction modifying addition.

EXTRIMIR 175 is completely evaporated after combustion. It provides special lubrication to products when used in water-soluble oil, semi-synthetic fluid.

EXTRIMIR 175 is not recommended for pure oil, wire drawing oil and stamping oil because of its unsaturated fatty acids.

EXTRIMIR 175 is an ash-free lubricant and contains no sulphur, phosphorus, chlorine.

Application

EXTRIMIR 175 can play in the metal processing oil of lubrication and friction improvement; it can raise production and improve surface finish of metal.

EXTRIMIR 175 can serve as an excellent lubricant to emulsion systems (emulsified oil, semi-synthetic fluid, fully-synthetic fluid).

EXTRIMIR 175 can replace chloric, inactive sulfurated EP additives, lard and the other friction modifiers. Compared with traditional aliphatic additives, EXTRIMIR 175 has better antimicrobial properties because of the branched structure. It has light color, small smell and good stability.
